Our altitude system

Train like a pro

Professional athletes have been using simulated altitude training for decades to increase their performance - now the same technology is also available to you. Our system mimics high-altitude conditions by reducing oxygen levels in the air you breathe. This forces your body to adapt, improving oxygen utilization and muscle efficiency and enhancing endurance without ever leaving your home. We provide high-quality altitude training equipment that allows you to train, sleep or work in a controlled hypoxic environment. Whether you're looking for a simple setup or a full-scale commercial altitude simulation, we have the right solution for you!

Our equipment

Altitude generator

  • Function: Lowers oxygen levels to simulate high-altitude conditions. Also provides high oxygen flow.
  • How it works: Connects to a tent, mask or room system to deliver hypoxic air.
  • Why you need it: Precise control over altitude levels, allowing for customized training and adaptation.
  • Training model: All

Training mask

  • Function: Delivers hypoxic air directly while you exercise.
  • How it works: Worn during workouts for high-intensity hypoxic training or when using a tent is not possible.
  • Why you need it: Perfect for short, targeted training sessions to boost endurance and lung capacity.
  • Training model: LLTH, LHTH

Sleeping tent - full

  • Function: Encloses the bed in a low-oxygen environment for passive adaptation.
  • How it works: Uses an altitude generator to lower oxygen levels while you sleep or rest.
  • Why you need it: Allows sleeping or resting at altitude. It can be used by 2 people at once.
  • Training model: LHTL, LHTH

Sleeping tent - half-body

  • Function: Covers only the upper body or head area, offering an efficient sleeping solution.
  • How it works: Provides a hypoxic environment without needing a full tent.
  • Why you need it: A great option for athletes and mountaineers with limited space.
  • Training model: LHTL, LHTH

Training or multifunctional tent

  • Function: Creates a controlled altitude environment for cycling, running or general workouts, or simply working from home.
  • How it works: Encloses your space with reduced oxygen levels for endurance gains.
  • Why you need It: Ideal for athletes looking to integrate altitude training into their regular exercise routine and those wanting to "live" at altitude beyond sleeping.
  • Training model: LLTH, LHTH

Pulse oximeter

  • Function: Measures your blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse in real time.
  • How it works: Clipped onto your fingertip, it uses light sensors to detect how much oxygen is carried in your blood - giving instant feedback on how your body is responding to hypoxic training.
  • Why you need it: Essential for monitoring safety and effectiveness during altitude sessions.
  • Training model: All

Oxygen mask

  • Function: Supplies additional oxygen during workout, aka. hyperoxic training.
  • How it works: Connects to the altitude generator via the mask to deliver oxygen enriched air.
  • Why you need it: Ideal to speed up recovery e.g. between high intensity interval sets.
  • Training model: All

Oxygen meter

  • Function: Measures the ambient oxygen concentration in the environment where you’re training or sleeping.
  • How it works: Placed inside the tent or training area, it samples the surrounding air and displays the current oxygen percentage - allowing us to verify the altitude level being simulated.
  • Why you need it: For double-checking the accuracy of the altitude setup.
  • Training model: All

Choosing the right equipment

Every athlete is different, and so is every lifestyle - that’s why altitude training isn’t one-size-fits-all. The ideal setup depends on your goals, training model, available space, and daily routine. Some people prefer to sleep at altitude, others train in hypoxia and many benefit from a combination of both. Here’s what to consider when selecting your equipment. Still not sure? We’re here to help. Reach out and we’ll design a setup that fits your goals, space, and routine - so you can get the most out of every session.

Your training model

Are you planning to train in hypoxia, sleep and live at altitude or combine both approaches? If you're only training at altitude, all of our packages include a training mask - but if you have space, a training tent offers more flexibility. Not sure which method is right for you? Learn more about training models or visit our FAQ page.

Your space

Limited on space? A half-body or full sleeping tent is likely your best option. A full tent gives you room to sleep, read, work or relax throughout the day, even for 2 people. A training tent needs a larger open area but can be used for both workouts and passive exposure, offering maximum versatility and may also be used by 2 people at once.

Your sleep setup

Sleeping alone? Any of our sleeping tents will work. Sharing your bed? Go for a half-body tent or a full sleeping tent for two. Want to avoid disturbing your partner? You can use a portable sleeping mattress (we can also give you) to use separately in another room - just make sure you have the space for the tent.
